Ciamox website, purchase Ciamox POS, activate the software, or use connected
online features.

under its own privacy practices. Ciamox does not need to store full payment-card
details in order to activate the software.

Ciamox uses cloud infrastructure, including Firebase services, for functions such as
authentication, database storage, file storage, licensing, and connected application
features. Information processed through these services may be handled by the relevant
cloud provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Restaurant and customer data
Restaurant owners remain responsible for deciding what business and customer
information they enter into Ciamox and for ensuring their use of that information
complies with applicable privacy laws. Ciamox should only be used to collect data
that is necessary for legitimate restaurant operations.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only where needed
to operate the service, process payments, provide cloud infrastructure, comply with
law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transaction involving
Ciamox subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect
Ciamox data. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also
protect account credentials, administrator access, activation information, and the
devices on which Ciamox is installed.

described in this policy, including account operation, licensing, security,
troubleshooting, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.
